Know your rights: Utah’s security deposit law
Utah law (Title 57, Chapter 17 of the Utah Code) gives landlords 30 days after you vacate and return possession to provide an itemized accounting of any deductions from your deposit, covering things like unpaid rent, damage beyond normal wear and tear, and professional cleaning if the unit needs it. A documented, professional move-out cleaning is one of the simplest ways to remove “cleaning” as a line item a landlord can deduct for. You can read the full statute at Utah Code Title 57, Chapter 17 if you want the exact legal language before your move-out walkthrough.
Get your deposit back
Most landlords and property managers in St. George inspect for the same things: inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, appliance interiors, and bathroom grout. We cover all of it, not just the surface-level clean.
What “move-in ready” actually means
For move-in cleanings, “ready” means more than empty — it means cabinets and drawers wiped out before you unpack, baseboards and door frames free of the previous tenant’s dust, light fixtures and switch plates cleaned, and bathrooms fully sanitized before first use. For move-out, “ready to hand back” means the same standard from the other direction: nothing left behind that a landlord or new tenant would notice on day one. We clean to that standard in both directions, not just a quick surface wipe-down.
Empty home, deeper clean
Without furniture in the way, we can reach corners, baseboards, and inside every cabinet and closet — a deeper clean than what’s possible in an occupied home.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean inside the fridge and oven? Yes, appliance interiors are included in move-in/move-out service.
How far ahead should I book? We recommend booking as soon as your move date is confirmed, especially around end-of-month move dates when demand is highest.
Does this help with getting my deposit back? Many landlords use a standard move-out checklist — our cleaning is built to cover those same areas, though final deposit decisions are up to your landlord/property manager.
